téléchargement :

Depuis Microsoft Speech Platform - Runtime (Version 11) sélectionner et télécharger les paquets d'installation suivant :
 

pour un Windows 32 bits : x86_SpeechPlatformRuntime\SpeechPlatformRuntime.ms i

pour un Windows 64 bits : x64_SpeechPlatformRuntime\SpeechPlatformRuntime.ms i

Depuis Microsoft Speech Platform - Runtime Languages (Version 11) sélectionner et télécharger les paquets d'installation suivant :
 

MSSpeech_TTS_fr-FR_Hortense.msi

Installation :

Exécuter les msi

Localiser les clés de registre suivantes, sélectionné la clé, puis exporter la clé depuis le menu Fichier -> Exporter) : conservez-les en cas de souci !

Téléchargez le fichier en pj ci-dessous et exécutez-le.
